Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager at Amazon in Kronenwetter, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring our brand voice resonates across all platforms. Your role will involve:
- Creating and managing high-quality content that promotes the Amazon brand and our latest offerings.
- Integrating customer feedback and insights into our social media approach to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more) and their advertising features.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to identify trends and insights, and utilize them to improve engagement and content strategy.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in content creation for social media, including photography and graphic design skills, is a plus.
